Representation of what the Xiqu Centre would be like in real-life created in VR using the architectual drawings and working closely with architects in charge of the building project.

The VR Experience showcases its 1100 seat Grand Theatre, a 200  seat Tea House Theatre, a large atrium for public events and exhibitions as well as a sample of some of the performances that will be held in those arenas.

We used the architects material samples to create the look and feel of the space in VR and filmed the actual performers that would be in that space on a green screen and composited them into the experience.

This experience was housed for 7 months in Hong Kong's City Gallery in an exhibition which showcased the future of the West Kowloon Cultural District.

In 2019 when the building was finally opened this VR project was used as a case study in a presentation for "Today at Apple" for a talk explaining how to utilize Virtual Reality for Architectural Visualization.
